Project quote will reflect the total estimated cost based on the hours the assignment will require. Costs are calculated on an hourly basis, with a thirty-minute minimum followed by quarter-hour increments. Client must prepay 50% of the quoted Project total before work begins. The remaining 50% plus any additional hours (or less unused hours), materials, and postage are billed when the job is complete.

For Retainer (long-term or continuing) contracts

Several Retainer plans are available:

5-hour Retainer: US$200 per month
10-hour Retainer: US$400 per month
15-hour Retainer: US$570 per month (That's a 5% volume discount.)
20-hour Retainer: US$720 per month (That's a 10% volume discount!)

Volume discounts add up to a generous savings!

Retainer clients prepay for a monthly block of hours. This type of contract guarantees client hours will be available and releases client from rush fees.

Retainer hours used are recorded in quarter-hour increments. Monthly hours in excess of the prepaid block are charged at the Project rate in quarter-hour increments. Unused hours do not carry over from month to month.

Payments are accepted through PayPal. As an alternative, established clients (6 months or more) in good standing may pay by check.
